Docs / Using Recruit Swipe

Teams and sharing

How to invite recruiters to a seat, share a connection without sharing the credential, and what teammates can and cannot see.

Teams are available on the Pro and Team Pro plans. The team owner pays; teammates join a seat.

Inviting someone

Settings → Recruit Team → invite by email. They get an invitation, and when they sign in with that address the seat is claimed automatically. If they do not have an account yet, signing up with the invited address is enough.

Seats come from the owner’s plan. Pro includes one and bills for extras; Team Pro includes ten.

Sharing a connection

A connection belongs to whoever created it. Share it with your team and every member can:

  • See the requisitions on it
  • Open a deck and swipe
  • Grade candidates, and see teammates’ grades
  • Configure what a swipe means, for themselves

They cannot see the credential behind it. Decryption checks ownership, and sharing is not ownership — this holds in the database, not just in the interface.

Per-member swipe configuration

The owner’s configuration is the team default. When a teammate changes what right-swipe does, that change applies to them only. Nobody has to agree on what “boost” means.

Leaving and removing

Remove a member and they immediately lose access to shared connections. Their swipe history and grades stay, because they are part of the record of what happened on that pipeline.

If the owner’s subscription lapses, shared access pauses until it is restored. Nothing is deleted.
