Grade mode
The same requisition as a scrollable list with a 1–100 score per candidate, per-skill breakdowns, and sorting. Recorded here, never written to your ATS.
Outcome log
Every swipe keeps what each configured action returned. A failed tag is visible with its reason instead of vanishing.
Shortlist
Everything you saved or boosted, across every connection, newest first. Tap through to the cached profile and what was written.
Teams
Share a connection with teammates without sharing the credential. Everyone configures their own swipe actions and can see each other’s grades.
New-candidate alerts
Subscribe to a requisition and get a push when someone new lands on it. Per requisition, not for everything.
