- What counts as a connected source?
- One ATS or job board account. Connecting Greenhouse and Workable is two sources. Two Greenhouse accounts is also two.
- Who pays on a team?
- The team owner. Teammates join a seat on the owner’s subscription and can see whose plan they are on, but are never billed separately.
- What does a teammate see?
- The requisitions and candidates on a connection the owner shared with them, and each other’s grades. Never the credential behind the connection.
- Do you charge per candidate or per swipe?
- No. Swipe as much as you like; you are paying for connected sources and seats.
